I do this with a personalised 1:1 coaching program called PHIT — Practical Health Inquiry & Training, wherein depending on the complexity of your metabolic health & lifestyle status, a realistic minimum program duration is arrived at, to make necessary inquiries & assessments, & develop a personalised program to train you with, to fix and/or meet your health & performance goals.

And, have thus far worked with nearly two hundred folks of all ages: from children to the elderly, performers to athletes, sedentary stay-at-homers to corporate desk-jobbers, helping them achieve optimal health & peak performance by educating & transitioning them into a species-appropriate dietary & lifestyle framework.



Why my
method works?

A species-appropriate dietary & lifestyle approach is not a floating internet fad, it is the evolutionary biological truth of all species. It is the ultimate preventive & anti-inflammatory intervention. Ask your grandma's grandma's grandma's grandma...and so on & so forth.
You get the point of this.
It defies everything you know & understand about food and health, except the logical - more specifically the bio-logical. It is about eating how every species/organism is biologically designed to derive nutrition - for the express purpose of their existence - which is to thrive.
It involves strategically eliminating biologically inappropriate lifestyle practices & unnecessary plant foods/plant matter for humans - and the inflammatory issues caused by the natural toxins/anti-nutrients they contain like heavy-metals, oxalates, alkaloids, tannins, phytates, lectins, saponins etc...

It focuses entirely on correcting & optimizing for the derivement of energy from nutrient-dense, bioavailable animal & animal based foods, as our species did for millions of years, until we turned into an agrarian society and started developing a plethora of chronic diseases that continue to plague us today, with no meaningful cure or end in sight.

a vegetarian.
Being one shouldn't stop you. Vegetarians are nutritionally disadvantaged.
As a pure vegetarian, transitioning to a more species-appropriate diet can seem impossible, but you can still do better with it by learning about all the disadvantages & associated health problems. It is easier to transition if you are a lacto-ovo-vegetarian/eggetarian, with an open mind.
In any case, I equip you with the knowledge on how to identify your best sources of plant nutrition, and what you should necessarily eliminate & strategically introduce into your diet.
You will understand how common everyday staple plant foods you eat can adversely impact digestion, disrupt hormones and metabolism, so you can make better, more informed choices. You will also learn how to cook & reduce anti-nutrients/toxins contained in plant foods to make them less problematic & better meet your nutritional needs with your diet.
And, should you want to become a "non-vegetarian" and are not sure how to - I help you do that, as I have for many former vegetarians. Its not about ancestry, its about genetics.
Ultimately, whatever dietary choices & changes you want to make is up to you, and I will work with you regardless.

I’ve walked this path myself for nearly a decade now — and eliminated plant foods entirely six years ago, when I fully understood that biologically humans are not omnivorous as we have been led to understand and believe: contrary to popular belief - we are carnivores, more specifically -hyper-carnivores. We can tolerate plant foods at best & use them for survival, but we cannot optimally or meaningfully derive nutrition from them to thrive, when they are eaten exclusively or eaten majorly in combination with animal foods.
I have personally resolved my own chronic health issues - including an incurable disease (Trigeminal Neuralgia) and experienced first hand, the profound benefits of a adhering to a species-appropriate diet & lifestyle. I have not had a sick day in 8 years.
